An eclectic collection of acrylics and oils
I am a self-taught artist, who began working with acrylics in 2015 while living in the Pilbara, as a means of capturing the beautiful, local scenery. In 2019 I opened my studio in the Perth hills and became a member of the Armadale Society of Artists.

Painting
I feel very privileged to be a full time artist making a living from my passion. Exhibiting since 1994 I am honoured to be the recipient of 20 art awards and to have 48 solo exhibitions to my name.

Colour, texture and pattern are my passion and I love the tactile quality of textiles. Inspiration is often drawn from my Roleystone bush environment, especially details of bark, leaves, stones etc.

Previously being a watercolour painter, I began a new creative journey into the art of working with stained glass in 2021.

I am a self-taught artist using many different mediums in my artwork. I have attended many various workshops over many years, to advance my knowledge and skills, originally being a hand embroiderer.

I have been working as

I am a member of Perth Plein Air and co-ordinate the local Armadale Hills Plein Air Group. I am a past President and Member of Armadale Society of Artists and Member of WA Society of Arts.
