Lesley Murray is an Aboriginal artist from the Anaiwin Nation of Northern NSW and has been based in Western Australia for 30 years. Art is a deep connecter to her heritage and serves as a form of therapy, especially after suffering strokes. She leads various art initiatives and workshops to connect communities and promote mental well-being through creativity. Lesley’s art featured in notable art collections across Australia. This year Lesley was inducted into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame for Art.
